We have used 5 Star Pet for multiple trips to and from Florida. We were very nervous on our first trip because we were entrusting them with our beloved dog. However that quickly dissipated when they sent photos from the first rest stop and every step along the way. Our dog now LOVES Matt our driver and is thrilled to see him. They are terrific with coordinating with our flights. We feel so very lucky to have found these caring individuals. We had a wonderful experience. The transport process was seamless and we were given updates every step of the way. It was evident that they truly care about the health and safety of the animals they are transporting and my puppy was delivered right to my door and in to my arms. I have used this family-owned service for a few years now. I have had two different dogs during this time and they both couldn’t have been better taken care of. This last trip, my dog went to go back with them when they were leaving after drop off! You get updates with pictures during their trip, which is a nice comforting touch. 5 star is the best pet and car transport company I have found to put my mind completely at ease with my precious cargo. Risa treated my two big labs , Lucy and Buddy like family . She gave special attention to Lucy my 12 year old who is moving more slowly these days . From planning all the details for the  long haul from Florida to cape cod to picture updates, to a smooth drop  off , I couldn’t have asked for more . Risa is kind, professional and so organized with back up plans for any challenge that might come up on the road . Lucy and Buddy had so much fun on their adventure and such good care they didn’t want to get out of the car . I use 5 Star to transport my dog from Massachusetts to Florida. They are always on time and very accurate in their communication. I've been so happy and feel very safe with Risa and her other drivers transporting my dog and my car.  You can be calm knowing that your pet will be safe and happy! I love the pictures that Risa will send at different stops along the journey.
