Feeding and hydration routines are followed exactly as instructed, with quiet rest stops as needed. You receive regular text and photo updates throughout the trip. Our vehicles are sanitized before every journey, smoke-free, and operated only by background-checked transporters. As a registered Class T - Carrier under the Animal Welfare Act (Cert no. 14-T-0141) and fully insured transportation service, we ensure your cat’s relocation is safe, comfortable, and completely stress-free from start to finish.

What do I need to provide before transport?
Your pet’s regular food and enclosure.
I have two (or more) pets, is that okay?
Yes! Our exclusive transportation is for your pet family.
Do you use group transports?
No. We only do solo transports – one customer, one vehicle, one route. Pet Families, however, are allowed!
How long are travel days?
Typically 12 to 14 hours (about 600-700 miles) with rest stops every 3-4 hours.
Where do you rest overnight?
Well-lit service plazas or truck stops. Pets are never left unattended except for brief restroom breaks.
What happens if my pet becomes sick before pickup?
Contact us immediately so we can decide whether to proceed or reschedule for your pet’s safety.
What vehicles do you use?
Ford Explorer, Toyota Tacoma, Toyota Highlander, or a rental vehicle if your transport requires special accommodations.
When do you use rental vehicles?
Only when all company vehicles are booked or specific trip needs require it. In those cases, customers provide basic supplies.
Do you offer vehicle hauling?
Not currently, but we may expand in the future. However, we do offer the option to drive your vehicle along with your pet to any destination.
