We follow your cat’s feeding and care routine, provide cozy bedding and constant access to water, and make quiet, low-stress stops for litter or stretch breaks. Throughout the trip, you receive text and photo updates several throughout the day. Every vehicle is smoke-free, sanitized before departure, and operated by background-checked drivers. As a registered Class T - Carrier under the Animal Welfare Act (Cert no. 14-T-0141) and fully insured transportation service, we ensure your cat’s relocation is safe, comfortable, and completely stress-free from start to finish.

What do I need to provide before transport?
Up-to-date vaccination records, collar or harness with tags, and your pet’s regular food, treats, and litter. We avoid unfamiliar food to prevent stomach upset.
I have two (or more) pets, is that okay?
Yes! Our exclusive transportation is for your pet family.
Do you use group transports?
No. We only do solo transports – one customer, one vehicle, one route. Pet Families, however, are allowed!
How long are travel days?
Typically 12 to 14 hours (about 600-700 miles) with rest stops every 3-4 hours.
Where do you rest overnight?
Well-lit service plazas or truck stops. Pets are never left unattended except for brief restroom breaks.
What happens if my pet becomes sick before pickup?
Contact us immediately so we can decide whether to proceed or reschedule for your pet’s safety.
What vehicles do you use?
Ford Explorer, Toyota Tacoma, Toyota Highlander, Audi A6 or a rental vehicle if necessary.
When do you use rental vehicles?
Only when all company vehicles are booked or specific trip needs require it. In those cases, customers provide basic supplies.
Do you offer vehicle hauling?
Not currently, but we may expand in the future. However, we do offer the option to drive your vehicle along with your pet to any destination.
Will my cat be taken/allowed out of the create during transport?
For safety purposes, we transport cats in large crates with ample space. This gives them the opportunity to spread out without interfering with the transporter.
